Faith Ringgold Retrospective to open at Rutgers

A gala at Rutgers' Mason Gross Galleries is planned for Sunday, May 17 to launch a major retrospective of artwork by Sistah Quilter Faith Ringgold. Tickets are $125 per person. The next day marks the public opening of "A Declaration of Independence: 50 Years of Art by Faith Ringgold." The show goes until June 26, 2009.
"Yes I Can Playing Cards" are available at the opening and later to the public. (The custom card were printed by Ad Magic.) Enjoy!
Gee's Bend Quilts at The Cummer Museum in Florida
