Michael Cummings Shares Quilt Insights
Thanks to Eric L. Jones for interviewing artists and posting the interviews on YouTube. Enjoy this 2 min. video where Michael Cummings provides insights about his 2003 "Christ Bearing the Cross" quilt. This quilt was featured in "Threads of Faith: Recent Works from the Women of Color Quilters Network" exhibit and book. Enjoy!

Thanks for posting. I love Michael Cummings work.
Very insightful and beautiful.
I, too, like Michael Cummings' work. My favorite and most memorable is AUNT CLARA'S GARDEN.
When I first saw it on display, I was ascending some steps and it was at the top of the steps. I actually thought that was a real person. It is soooo lifelike.
